CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has practiced psychology in California for over 17 years. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Michigan and my doctorate in Clinical Psychology was obtained at the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles.

My doctoral and dissertation work focused primarily on researching and understanding the link between Self-Trust Development and Parental Acceptance.

I have had extensive training and experience in Experiential Focusing both in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

I have received advanced Clinical Training in Child and Adolescent Obesity through the University of California at San Francisco.

My strong interest in imagery led me to complete a year-long training in Imagery for Health and Healing through California Pacific Hospital, San Francisco.

My training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), includes both levels of training offered, Levels I and II.

I served on the board of directors for Beyond Hunger, a nonprofit organization in Marin County, CA devoted to educating and treating eating disorders.
